Designed especially for Mother's Day this delicious, light and elegant cake is the perfect expression of love for your mum.
It all starts with a beautiful strawberry jam, fresh strawberries, chocolate cream and a whipped vanilla chantilly all sandwiched between two layers of light flourless hazelnut dacquoise.
The cake is topped off with chocolate flecked vanilla cream, fresh strawberries and toasted hazelnuts. It is finished with a white chocolate plaque that reads 'Happy Mother's Day' written in dark chocolate.
It is 18cm in diameter and will serve 8-10 persons
