Basque Cheesecake with Tangy Lemon Curd
Life changing cheesecake baked to the very edge of darkness, lifted with a tangy layer of lemon curd. The cheesecake contains three luxurious creams, thick cream, cream cheese and mascarpone with hints of lemon zest and vanilla.
Baked fresh daily these are available to order 24hrs in advance, they cannot be picked up prior to 10am on any day. Comes with enough extra lemon curd for a tablespoon per person.
18cm in diameter - feeds 6-8 dessert size portions
Contains gluten, dairy, egg and cheese. Nut free, may contain traces of nuts.
Keep refrigerated, serve at room temperature. Best consumed within three days.
