500ml pot -2 generous dessert portions
A tipsy layer of delicious sponge is soaked in a gin & tonic syrup made from the award winning Four Pillars Gin in Melbourne. Lemon & lime curds are encased in a white chocolate mousse. Glazed and finished with Four Pillars Gin & Tonic jellies, juniper marshmallow and more curds.
All products are made in small batches in our Sweet Studio by Darren Purchese and his team.
