Finely crafted from a selection of ingredients such as caramelised sugar and caramelised milk, Callebaut Gold boasts a rich note of toffee, butter, cream, and exciting dash of salt. With a unique amber colour and golden hues providing exciting golden hues to be used in all applications.

Flavour Profile: Intense yet well balanced caramel chocolate, with rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and an exciting dash of salt.
