Our friends at Fresh Asº source deliciously ripe strawberries and freeze dry them at sub-zero temperatures, removing all the moisture from the fruit. This leaves crunchy, intensely flavoured strawberry slices for you to enjoy. Garnish cakes, fold through your morning yoghurt or eat as they are for a healthy snack.

Fresh Asº is a small, quality driven company based in Auckland, New Zealand. They have been providing freeze dried ingredients to the highest echelon of chefs throughout the world since 2006. B&P have used Fresh Asº products in our desserts since 2011.
