A pastry chef for 25 years, Darren worked in prestigious kitchens across England & France including The Savoy Hotel in London. He moved to Australia in 2005 and worked in iconic Australian restaurants Vue de monde in Melbourne and Bennelong at the Sydney Opera House, before opening B&P Sweet Studio in 2011.

Today, Darren is among the most respected pastry chefs in the country, admired for his exquisite and extravagant sweet creations. Darren skillfully balances sweetness, texture and flavour to produce revolutionary dessert concepts that are always, unmistakably, B&P.

A relaxed and generous host, and always encouraging, Darren’s classes, streamed from his home kitchen, are an experience not to be missed.
