About this Event
All the tips and tricks to one of the worlds most popular cakes. A traditional version will be showcased against a more modern interpretation of Red Velvet. Darren will provide recipes that work and he will be available for some Q&A as well on any cooking related topic. All recipes will be emailed to you on Thursday 4th March 2021.
Accomplished chef Cath Claringbold, our food director and Darren's wife, will be present as always to moderate and facilitate the class.

This is a demo only! In order for Darren to show you as much as possible he will be working quickly and using some 'here's one I made earlier' components so you can see maximum technique and results. It is not advised to try and cook along but we encourage you to put the kettle on and watch Darren do his thing before you attempt to replicate some if his recipes after the class at your leisure.
