This is a demo only! In order for Darren to show you as much as possible he will be working quickly and using some 'here's one I made earlier' components so you can see maximum technique and results. It is not advised to try and cook along but we encourage you to put the kettle on and watch Darren do his thing before you attempt to replicate some of his recipes after the class at your leisure.
